Position: Developers/Tech Leads
Experience: 3 - 9yrs
Job Location: Bangalore
Required Skills:
Extensive knowledge of Salsorce.com product suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com, various portals).
Must have DEV 401 and DEV 501 certification.
Expertise in - Batch apex trigger, classes, visualforce page development, AJAX tool kit, Jquery, weservices API (SOAP and REST) Integration.
Prior experience of managing a development team will be an added advantage.
Basic configuration knowledge of salesforce.com (workflows, validation rules, approval process, custom formulaes, page layout, record types).
Thorough knowledge of delivering projects in an agile scrum environment.
Must be able to understand and collaborate with on requirements and design.
Knowledge of Sales and Support process will be an added advantage.
Assertive communication skills, ability to work with minimal direction.
Able to provide leadership, participate and be a productive member of the team.
Must be able to manage time with multitasking
