Looking for a Java Technical Architect/Technical Manager for a Leading Investment Banking organisation for their development center in Bangalore.
Skills:
- Core Java, Multithreading.
- Java: 10+ years
- Object-oriented design: 6+ years
- Should have experience in architecting/designing medium to large scale enterprise applications.
- Financial Domain experience is added Advantage.

The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Leading and developing the architecture and design for large key initiatives by interacting closely with the developers and senior global architects.
- Driving best practices and providing technical mentoring for the team.
-The candidate will interact with the global development team on a day to day basis to help analyse business problems, drive design discussions, develop core components and oversee junior developers.
- They will coordinate with the global team of architects/developers to ensure the designs of the local team integrate well into the overall architecture. They will always be looking for ways to improve the stability, scalability, maintainability, testability and deployment of our large code base.
