Job Description
Incumbent would be responsible to Deliver large scale hiring/ Bulk hiring / Niche Hiring for any of the IT Industry vertical
-Evaluate and improve Recruitment Processes& be involved in constant mapping of the market.
-Participate in formulating & remodeling of the recruitment plans through innovative ideas in the best interest for the organization growth.
-Would be responsible for the Hiring across levels for the multiple vertical (Pan India Requirements).
-Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle in order to, fulfill manpower requirements at each stage
-Networking & Strong relationship building with the candidates of the target organization .
-Aggressive Talent Pipeline Management
-Based in Bangalore with experience in reputed search firms & leading a team of recruiters.
-Incumbent should have strong communication & networking skills
-Incumbent should have excellent knowledge about Domestic Staffing Industry & different Client Hiring Models
-Should have good sourcing skills & should be aware of social media recruitment.
Professional of minimum 3 Months -1 Yrs of Experience into an Executive Search Firm/ Recruitment firm from the Recruitment industry.
