Hardcore end to end technical recruitment. Detailed analysis of the JD – to understand the client’s requirement thoroughly.
Sourcing profiles and closing the client requirements through headhunting.
Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up.
Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the onboardings.
Handling various requirements simultaneously.
Aligned closely with the TL and Managers.
Understanding of their respective client”s process.
Maintaines own database
We are looking for smart and dynamic candidates with target oriented approach, who are willing to take challenges.

Skills and Knowledge
1. Post Graduate/ Graduate with at least 1 years of relevant experience in Financial Services Business.
2. Self starter with excellent interpersonal skills
