QA Manager (selenium / JavaScript )@ Product Client - Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities :
1. Hire, train and mentor new joiners
2. Conduct smooth onboarding activities for new members
3. Work on the products to gain hands-on experience
4. Constantly monitor and enhance the overall QA processes
5. Conduct monthly 1-1s with the team and provide clear feedback on whats going good and what needs to be improved
6. Constantly motivate the team to make sure they stay focused & gel together within and across departments
7. Regularly meet with Product Managers, services & support leads to identify bottlenecks or gaps in the process and work on enhancing them
8. Work with the Product Management team to gather resource requirement
9. Ensure the team follows the various auditing processes and meets the compliance standards
10. Explore and conduct feasibility study on new automation tools available in the market
11. Prepare and monitor the automation timelines for different products
12. Work closely with NetSuite during their phased release of new versions by making sure the team tests all the Client products on the new release and by logging support cases with NetSuite on the issues identified
13. Prepare required reports and participate in 3rd party audits or due-diligence meetings
14. Work with your manager to decide raises based on the reviews for your team"
Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree in an industry-related field
