About 3 to 7 yrs experience in SCAN/ATPG. LBIST experience desirable and preferred. Experience in tools like Mentor fastscan, logic-vision memory bist etc.,
2. Experience in RTL and gate-level simulations
3. Good understanding of timing constraints in various DFT modes and ability to analyze timing reports to debug constraint issues
4. Good debugging and trouble-shooting skills
5. Good communication skills, both oral and written
6. Fast learner, should absorb pressure and must be able to work with minimal supervision
