Act as architect / technical lead for medium to large projects
Work with other senior software engineers to create the high-level mobile software designs and technical specs
Participate in peer reviews on specifications, design and code
Work with development teams to resolve development and implementation issues
Work closely with the business team and Business Analysts to ensure that requirements are fully understood and documented in order to deliver quality design deliverables
Work closely with QA and Operations to ensure smooth QA and deployment of applications
Work with project teams to plan integration and implementation strategies

iOS native mobile app dev skills:
oiOS 4.x through to 7.x or current iOS version.
oXcode 3.x through to 5.x or current Xcode version.
oC, C++, Objective-C, Objective-C++, Cocoa, Cocoa Touch, Xcode, iOS APIs.
Proven and demonstrable native iOS app dev experience.
Publishing apps to the Apple App Store, certificates, provisioning profiles, etc.
Understanding of user interaction concept differences between iPad and iPhone versions of iOS.
Strong Object Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
Ability to write and/or assess high quality code.
Strong sense of system architecture as it relates to mobile apps.
Experience building/publishing excellent mobile apps that are currently in the Apple iTunes store
Experience with compatibility libraries, scaling mobile applications for more than a million users
Mobile development, methodologies and toolkits experience
Extensive experience creating user interface applications
Knowledge of and/or experience with Web Services Standards (SOAP, XML, WSDL, UDDI) a plus
Experience with standard internet protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, POP, FTP, SMTP
Excellent communication, customer and presentation skills.
Comfortable working with globally distributed teams.
Exceptional problem solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
Passion for innovation an creative problem solving.
Abilities to lead and mentor relatively junior engineers and developers onsite and offshore.
Experience with relational databases.
Knowledge of high-performance web or enterprise applications, parallel processing or cloud computing.
Able to supervise work of others and delegate tasks.
