Job Description:
Strong experience in SAP FICO End to end implementation experience is must.
Should play a significant role in the design process, implementation, and ongoing enhancements for the overall SAP FICO Module.
Should work closely and often facilitate efforts with the business in the definition of process and enhancements needed for the business systems.
Should work on requirement gathering, design, configure, test, and implement changes.
Provide subject matter expertise on SAPs best practices for implementing SAP FICO business processes. Lead workshops in gathering business requirements, influence adoption of standard SAP processes, identify and handle gaps while minimizing development effort.
Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP FICO business processes
Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live
Documenting all aspects of the SAP FICO implementation (e.g. business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, business process procedures etc.)
Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders. Keep track of customer satisfaction. Provides input and assistance to other IT projects related to ERP if required. Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision.
Candidate should be flexible to travel onsite (within India or outside) and must have good communication and analytical skills. Must have customer facing experience

Has E2E delivery ownership for the program
Having experience of delivering Large scale programs in System Integration and /software area
Competence Build Up & Program Team Handling
Escalation Management for projects included within the delivery programs.
Strong risk management and stakeholder management skills
Management Reporting/Presentations
Manage & Deliver program KPIs
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in CSE/ECE/EEE/EI/IT
Key Requirements:
11+ years of overall experience in delivering E2E programs in telcom/IT domain
Relevant 5+ Years of experience in a telcom service delivery role, including 3+ years in lead role.
Experience managing multiple projects in a software development and/or project management environment with 15 or more team members
Experience scoping and estimating project effort (number of resources and duration)
Contributed to managing project budgets and project profitability
Domain knowledge of Telecommunications with a few outlined below. Surepay (OCS), DSC( PCRF), Sy, Gy, Ro, Gx, Rx, Sd, 3GPP LTE GPRS, ETSI NFV MANO, VoLTE, Sigtran, INAP, CAMEL, TCAP, Diameter, Radius, Oracle, Aerospike , Timesten, PSQL , Yaml, Ansible , Mistral workflows
Experience in deployment in Cloud environment like VMware vCloud director , openstack or cloudband with certification would have added advantage
Ability to travel up to 20% internationally
