Sourcing profiles and closing the client requirements through headhunting.
Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up.
Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the onboardings.
Handling various requirements simultaneously.
Aligned closely with the TL and Managers.
Understanding of their respective client”s process.
Maintaines own database
